Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, organization, email address, and message, plus anything you choose to add in the optional fields (the social platforms you use, how your social media is managed today, and your approximate organization size). We also record the date and time you sent it.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

yangsync.com does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels, and it does not track you across other websites.

Like any website, our hosting and security provider processes technical information needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. To keep spam out of the contact form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a submission comes from a person. It may process your IP address and technical details about your browser and device for that purpose, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We use the information you send us to:

• read and reply to your inquiry;
• discuss, propose, and provide our services if you decide to work with us;
• keep ordinary business records of our correspondence; and
• protect the site and the contact form from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

We share information only with the service providers that run the site and our email, and only so they can provide that service to us:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website, provides security and spam protection (including Turnstile), and forwards email sent to our yangsync.com address;
• Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email; and
• our email provider, where inquiries are received and stored.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of YangSync, our clients, or others.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we will honor valid requests in line with those laws.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because yangsync.com does not track visitors across websites or use tracking technologies, there is nothing for that signal to turn off; the site behaves the same either way.

The site is served only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and the contact form's information is sent directly to our inbox rather than stored in a public database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share.

yangsync.com is intended for businesses and organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
